Work went well over the last couple of days, although yesterday it was very, very cold - ended up almost putting my coat on, but was a good girl and didn't. Cary Grant in a swim suit, then scared by the driving of Grace Kelly (which sadly came true in later years) ... what film can I be talking of other than To Catch A Thief

It is worth watching to see the scenery alone ... but add the costumes and a strong story then this film is a true winner. Cary Grant (in case you don't know) plays a reformed jewel ( Read more... )

Mr Lucky is another Cary Grant film that is more unusual, but one I love. He plays a gambler who plans to swindle money from a charity program, but starts to have second thoughts when he falls for a rich society girl.
